It started with consulting. We reinvested the earnings to acquire our first commercial property — originally to create a professional space of our own. That space quickly became bigger than we needed, so we transformed it into an all-inclusive shared office model. The cash flow funded the next property, then the next. Today, that disciplined reinvestment model has grown into a portfolio of six commercial properties.When a client’s optical store became available, we didn’t just see a storefront — we saw infrastructure and expansion potential. We acquired the business, launched our own eyewear brand, and invested in an in-house lab to control turnaround and costs. What began as an operational upgrade became a capability we now extend beyond our own store by supporting other optical businesses.
